I think that Find a Grave needs to ban those people who create memorials so soon after people they have no connection to have passed. They have no respect or sense of propriety. My family just had a stressful encounter with a Find a Grave member who refused to transfer our family memorials, even though she is not a relative and had obviously just gone through our cemetery and created as many memorials as she could add (she has thousands of memorials.) She had incorrect info and was quite hostile. Find a Grave had to get involved to force the transfer. Others have been so gracious, this member's hostility was quite surprising and upsetting.
