Could you set up a "Go Fund Me" asking for funds to create this type of plaque or memorial - it they would allow them to be added to the plots? Perhaps find out the cost of such a memorial for the amount to ask for. You know you'll have the support of many!
Thank you Daniel for another well researched, informative article. It it atrocious that the instution charged with people's care (and well paid for it, in addition to the free slave type labour, residents were forced to complete) actually cared so little for them in life and even less in death.
